ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน (Terms of Use)

1. สมาชิกสามารถที่จะ Download หรือ Import ใช้งานไฟล์จากทาง ProxyDND ได้ทั้งจากการ Download ผ่านหน้าเว็บไซต์โดยตรงหรือสามารถ Import จากการใช้งานผ่าน Plugin ProxyDND บน Programe SketchUp 2. สมาชิก 1 บัญชีจะสามารถใช้งานได้ทีละ 1 เครื่องเท่านั้น ถ้ามีการ Login พร้อมกันหลายบัญชีระบบจะทำการล้าง Login ของเครื่องก่อนหน้าทั้งหมด โดยยึดการใช้งานหลักจากเครื่องล่าสุดที่มีการใช้งาน 3. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดต่างๆในการใช้งานทาง บริษัท เอ็นดีเวิร์ค จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดการใช้งานโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

นโยบายการยกเลิกการใช้บริการ (Cancellation Policy)

การยกเลิกการใช้งานสมาชิก ProxyDND ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถยกเลิกสัญญาได้ตลอดเวลาโดยไม่มีสัญญาผูกมัดใดๆ เงื่อนไขการคืนเงิน

Terms of Use

1. Members can download or import files from ProxyDND either directly from the website or by using the ProxyDND Plugin with the SketchUp program. 2. Each member account may only be used on one device at a time. If multiple logins are detected, the system will automatically log out all previous devices and retain access only for the most recently used device. 3. NDWork Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms of use without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their ProxyDND membership at any time without any contractual obligation. See Refund Policy Terms.
